Release Notes - December 2024

Modified on Tue, 7 Jan at 4:25 PM

December was filled with snowy weather and a ton of new features! Entity Hub saw the addition of new and improved Entity Reports, an Entity Manager, and Internal Entity Linking. We've also been playing with query topic cluster analysis to give you another view of your SEO performance. Read on to learn more!

New Entity Reports in Beta

Schema App's new and improved Entity Reports are now available! Along with an improved interface, you can now take actions block entities to  stop them from deploying, and edit entities to make modifications in the Entity Manager.

For more information, see our Entity Reports documentation.

Introducing the Entity Manager

Use the Entity Manager to edit an entity's properties for improved accuracy, or block entities from deploying to eliminate irrelevant or redundant data. By fine-tuning your knowledge graph, you can maximize performance, improve content quality, and gain more meaningful insights from your semantic data layer.

Projects with active External Entity Linking tags can manage up to 5 entities.

For more information, see our Entity Manager documentation.

Introducing Query Topic Cluster Analysis

Schema App's Query Topic Cluster Analysis tool categorizes your website’s search performance data into meaningful topic clusters. Upload your Google Search Console .xlsx export to group your keywords into topic clusters. Select the number of clusters (recommended: 4-10), and the tool will provide insights on Clicks, Impressions, CTR, and Position by cluster to help improve your SEO strategy.

For more information, see our Query Topic Cluster Analysis documentation.

Other Improvements at Schema App

  • Internal Entity Linking can be restricted by type for further refinement in automated linking
  • CSMs now receive a weekly email if the External Entity Linking cache has passed 9000 runs in the past 12 weeks.
  • Resolved issue with setting templates to draft and markup still deploying.
  • Removed rich results rules for Sitelinks Search box since Google deprecated the rich result.
